My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was comfortable but had some issues like being too hot and noisy, mainly from a fan running off and on during the night. The location was convenient for my needs but had some drawbacks like constant noise and smoke entering the room. The service was decent, and the dining experience was excellent, although there was a delay in serving breakfast on Sunday. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money despite some shortcomings.

Rooms
7.0
The room, while comfortable, had a few drawbacks such as being too hot and noisy, especially from what seemed like a giant fan running intermittently throughout the night. The bathroom, however, was excellent.

8.0/10

I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed rooms considering the age of the premises. My room was quite large with a cozy view out to Pearse Street, but being next to a loud main road and the outdoor dining/bar area was a bit of a drawback.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were surprisingly well appointed for the age of the hotel, spacious, and had a cozy view of Pearse Street.
Service
9.0
The service was top-notch, from efficient housekeeping to a warm welcome drink and helpful tours/ticket assistance.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was truly a highlight, being very close to Trinity College and within walking distance to the temple bar area.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives. While the food ordered separately was very good, the portion size was smaller, and the pricing seemed a bit high.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were adequate, but it would be nice to have more dining options and perhaps a more serene outdoor dining area to enjoy meals.

7.0/10

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room, though a bit pricey at 114 Euro per night without breakfast, was spacious with a lovely bathroom. The noise from the heating system was a downside, but it quieted down by midnight after the beer garden closed.

Rooms
7.0
The room was a good size with a really nice bathroom, but the loud heating system was a bit noisy.
Service
7.0
The service was good overall, including housekeeping. However, I didn't receive the expected welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance.
Location
8.0
The location was ideal for exploring Dublin, close to Trinity College and the city center. However, the noise from a nearby generator disrupted the night's peace.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was acceptable, but the breakfast options were limited. For the price of 7 Euro, receiving only one hot drink was a bit disappointing.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but nothing stood out as exceptional.
